John is the founder of Schneider Financial. He started his career in the financial services industry as a Registered Representative with Prudential in 1989. Active in his community, John's involvement includes: Santa Clothes Club, Make A Wish, and Knight Township Volunteer Fire Department Foundation.

John and his wife Theresa have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

Brittany has worked in the financial services industry since 2008, which led her to join Schneider Financial. As a second generation Financial Advisor, Brittany is proud to carry on her family's mission of providing trusted financial advice to clients. Brittany's work is guided by the philosophy that integrity is central to her every action.

Brittany enjoys golfing and traveling with her fiance, Ben. She also serves the community through volunteering with Make A Wish Foundation.

Theresa has worked as the Office Manager for Schneider since 2006. Theresa ensures the smooth operation of the firm by handling a wide range of administrative duties, executive support-related tasks and all other client needs.

Theresa is married with 2 children, 3 grandchildren and her adored dog, Luna. She is an avid camper, and loves horses and the outdoors.
